About Me
Raised beneath Alberta’s big prairie skies and now deeply rooted in the forests, lakes, and mountains of British Columbia, Canada, Cindy Manchur is an artist, entrepreneur, maker, illustrator, and creative strategist based near Kelowna in the Okanagan Valley.
Since the late 1990s, Cindy’s work has been exhibited in galleries and collected by both residential and commercial clients. Alongside her fine art practice, she has built businesses, developed brands, created products, and helped transform ideas into meaningful experiences through art, storytelling, design, and marketing.
After moving to BC in 2007, the province’s landscapes and seasons became woven into everything she creates. Today, Cindy works from her forest studio where deer wander through the yard and eagles circle overhead, drawing inspiration from nature, nostalgia, motherhood, and the ever-changing beauty of the Canadian West Coast.
Working with acrylics, mixed media, texture, and illustration, her pieces explore memory, place, and feeling rather than literal subjects.
